Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for Hyperion Financial Management, including data integration, report generation, system maintenance, and financial close activities.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to understand requirements and implement HFM enhancements.
- Support acquisitions, divestments, internal and external audits, and regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Develop and maintain HFM process documentation, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist with designing and implementing new HFM features and enhancements.
- Train and support end users on HFM applications and related tools.
Requirements
- Proven application engineering experience focused on Hyperion Financial Management, including its architecture, modules, functionalities, data integration, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Experience with Oracle EPM products including FCCS, PBCS, Hyperion Planning, and FDMEE.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
- Experience with system integration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and integrating HFM with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
- Ability to create and maintain complex financial reports using Hyperion Reports, Smart View, and other reporting tools.
- Understanding of HFM or similar Oracle EPM application models, including metadata structures, dimensions, and hierarchies.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
