Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI Assets platform features for discovering, distributing, versioning, and ensuring the quality of AI resources.
- Integrate GenAI solutions and AI agents into software development processes to improve engineering productivity.
- Build robust and scalable backend solutions using sound engineering and software architecture practices.
- Propose and implement platform improvements based on user feedback, adoption metrics, and emerging generative AI technologies.
- Develop end-to-end solutions using software design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and test-driven development.
Requirements
- Solid backend development foundations using Go or Java and Python.
- Knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
- Ability to develop solutions from end to end using software engineering best practices.
- Knowledge of or interest in integrating GenAI, language models, and AI agents into software development.
- Knowledge of internal platforms, the MCP protocol, and evaluation of AI-assisted systems is relevant.
- Ability to learn quickly, embrace challenges, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
