Base Salary
$179k - $303k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and advance reinforcement learning systems for reasoning and planning.
- Build scalable retrieval and decisioning architectures using structured and unstructured data.
- Lead efforts to transition ML and RL models from research to production systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, research, and Trust & Safety teams to enhance system explainability and risk mitigation.
- Evaluate and apply emerging techniques in reinforcement learning and LLM-enabled systems.
- Mentor engineers and scientists through technical leadership and code reviews.
- Deliver high-impact outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing, training, and deploying reinforcement learning systems.
- Strong expertise in machine learning systems utilizing vector and graph databases.
- Track record of leading complex initiatives across research and engineering.
- Experience with AI tools and iterative strategies for model development.
- Passion for building intelligent agent systems that integrate RL and LLMs.
