Base Salary
$191k - $305k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI applications using LLMs, agents, agentic frameworks, and related technologies.
- Integrate LLM models with existing CCIBT products and systems.
- Lead the development of scalable, high-performance AI applications and platforms.
- Define benchmarks and metrics for evaluating agents and agentic frameworks.
- Create reusable AI components and tools to improve engineering efficiency and scalability.
- Resolve complex enterprise-wide technical challenges and translate business and technology objectives into engineering solutions.
- Advise leadership on AI development strategies and influence technical direction.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, risk, governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate across engineering, product, architecture, risk, and business teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologies.
- 5+ years of experience with AI and ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Hands-on experience building generative AI and agentic AI solutions using LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, RAG, and AI orchestration platforms.
- Experience with Google Vertex AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Google Agent Development Kit, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks is desired.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, Java, or other modern programming languages, including production-grade applications and APIs.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and production AI observability.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation, benchmarking, model performance assessment, and distributed AI systems.
- Ability to independently drive complex initiatives, influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field is desired.
