Base Salary

$191k - $305k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using LLMs, agents, agentic frameworks, and related technologies.
  • Integrate LLM models with existing CCIBT products and systems.
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance AI applications.
  • Define benchmarks and metrics to evaluate agents and agentic frameworks.
  • Lead resolution of highly complex, enterprise-wide technical challenges and deliver long-term, large-scale solutions.
  • Translate business objectives and enterprise technology opportunities into technical engineering solutions.
  • Advise leadership on AI development strategies and create reusable components and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive innovation, influence technical direction, and mentor engineers in modern AI and software engineering practices.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, risk, governance, and responsible AI standards.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • At least 7 years of software development experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologies.
  • At least 5 years of experience with AI and ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field is desired.
  • Hands-on experience building Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions with LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, RAG, and AI orchestration platforms.
  • Experience with Google Vertex AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Google Agent Development Kit, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience building scalable, production-grade applications and APIs with Python, Java, or other modern programming languages.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of AI evaluation, benchmarking, model performance assessment, and observability frameworks for production AI systems.
  • Ability to independently drive complex initiatives, navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
