Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications.
- Build agentic AI applications, including tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Create RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector search, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, and red-team safety scenarios.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate work frequently, and communicate technical trade-offs and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and speed.
- Proficiency in at least two listed programming languages, including Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks, RAG services, evaluation tooling, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs.
- 15 years of full-time education.
