Responsibilities
- Lead developers, product managers, and designers in building Employee Development and employee management features.
- Build scalable full-stack software solutions through challenging end-to-end development work.
- Design, estimate, implement, test, and debug end-to-end solutions.
- Mentor developers through code pairing and code, architecture, and project reviews.
- Champion best practices for development, deployment, and quality life cycles.
- Contribute to product design and feature selection discussions.
- Partner across engineering, product, customer success, and other stakeholder groups.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented language.
- Expertise using AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Exposure to building AI solutions for customers.
- Experience with modern web standards and technologies, including React, TypeScript, REST, and GraphQL.
- Proven ability to build partnerships across engineering, product, customer success, and other stakeholders.
- Experience and interest in mentoring peers.
- Ability to maintain and guide teams toward a high bar for technical quality.
- Strong customer empathy and commitment to improving user experiences and products.
