Base Salary
$190k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-powered features for requirement management.
- Build agentic workflows for systems and domain engineers.
- Evaluate and integrate language models and related tooling.
- Maintain infrastructure including data pipelines and observability.
- Work across the stack to deliver complete AI features.
- Collaborate with product and customers to identify and iterate on workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in applied ML, LLMs, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience developing production software.
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM providers and tooling.
- Familiarity with prompt design and evaluation methods.
- Ability to reason about tradeoffs in models and architectures.
- Comfortable in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
