Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with business stakeholders and end-users to analyze objectives and capability requirements.
- Design, configure, develop, and implement solutions within Salesforce and its ecosystem applications.
- Contribute to application strategies and architectural designs.
- Test application stability and functionality.
- Maintain the Salesforce platform, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs.
- Produce documentation and complete operational handovers.
- Support Salesforce DevOps and release management, including branching strategies and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Several years of relevant experience in a similar position within an international and agile environment.
- Broad knowledge of the Salesforce object model, platform configuration, development, and maintenance.
- Experience with Dynamic Forms, Flow-first automation, Process Builder, Platform Events, and Lightning App Builder.
- Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including relevant case-management and service-console capabilities, or with Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud/Agentforce Revenue Management.
- For Revenue Cloud, familiarity with Quote-to-Cash, product and price rules, bundles and options configuration, CML, Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator, Procedure Plan, and Apex Hooks.
- Development experience with Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, VS Code, SFDX, or Force.com IDEs, with understanding of governor limits and bulkification.
- Awareness of Salesforce sharing and security models, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and FLS/CRUD.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management tools such as Copado or Gearset.
- Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong English communication skills and availability to work in the EMEA time zone.
- Ability to deliver high-quality solutions, drive initiatives with limited assistance, collaborate across IT and business, and work analytically in an agile environment.
