Responsibilities
- Develop bug-free full-stack features using coding assistants such as Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf.
- Design product features, propose product improvements, and select appropriate technical strategies.
- Model complex business domains and deliver secure, scalable digital-finance products.
- Collaborate with clients and a small team of Software Engineers, a Tech Lead, and a Product Manager.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, Lean delivery practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Progress toward a Tech Lead role and mentor other developers.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Expertise in one or more of Spring Boot, Nest.js, Node, Angular, or React.js; expert PHP profiles are also considered.
- Ability to design complex features and model business realities effectively.
- Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and focus on product impact.
- Commitment to high code quality and a zero-bug standard.
- Interest in Lean Tech and ambition to take on Tech Lead responsibilities.
