Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications using Java full-stack development.
- Build agentic AI applications, including tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code and CI/CD pipelines, including unit and integration tests and AI evaluation scenarios.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
