Responsibilities
- Write and validate detailed technical specifications, RFCs, and architecture documentation.
- Orchestrate people, AI agents, and assistants throughout the software development lifecycle, including code, test, and documentation generation.
- Align technical and architectural requirements with internal stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Define and facilitate effective software development processes and contribute to activity planning.
- Share technical knowledge, act as a technical reference, and support team development.
- Review and manipulate AI-generated code, correcting hallucinations, optimizing integrations, and enforcing project standards.
- Analyze runtime behavior, resolve complex problems, improve the software, and reduce technical debt.
- Promote overall software quality and identify risks that could affect delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and AI systems in generating elegant, testable, secure, and performant solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills, including the ability to explain complex problems to technical, non-technical, and language-model audiences.
- Expertise in prompt creation, technical specification writing, and analytical task decomposition for directing AI systems.
- Experience managing, curating, and critically reviewing AI assistants used in software engineering, such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor.
- Knowledge of software architecture, design, and development with Python.
- Intermediate English for listening and speaking is desirable.
- Advanced English for reading and writing is desirable.
