Responsibilities

Act as a final escalation point from Helpdesk agents for issues with CoreApps owned systems.
Integrate SaaS applications with other parts of Stripe’s corporate technology stack.
Partner with teams to transition ownership of SaaS applications into the Corporate Technology organization.
Lead projects to audit and optimize the SaaS portfolio focusing on security, permissions, and user experience.
Participate in renewal conversations with vendor partners.
Develop programs to communicate and drive adoption of new product features company-wide.
Conduct regular interviews with users to understand pain points and inform the strategic roadmap.
Design creative solutions and advocate for best practices as a service owner.
Help grow and mentor others in the corporate technology organization.
Participate in an on-call rotation.

5+ years of relevant technical experience in system administration or engineering.
Expertise managing Google Workspace and other enterprise productivity applications.
Strong organizational and task management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
An empathetic, humble, and user-focused demeanor.
