Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain WellSky software features and components using secure, high-quality, scalable practices.
  • Collaborate with solution managers, designers, and other teams to gather requirements and deliver features aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability through troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
  • Develop unit tests and participate in integration, load, performance, and other automated testing.
  • Use AI tools and platforms to support decision-making, workflow efficiency, and data-informed outcomes.
  • Follow security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years of related experience with C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful Web API design.
  • Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
  • Experience with Docker/containerization.
  • Preferred experience with Okta SDK, identity and access management, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, Angular, REST API and third-party API integration, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud, Azure DevOps, NUnit, Playwright, Terraform, healthcare IT, multi-factor authentication, and compliance or audit logging.
  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
