Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and implement AI and automation use cases to improve demand generation and campaign operations.
- Build and maintain AI workflows for content creation and audience targeting.
- Design and deploy automation workflows that integrate with marketing platforms.
- Build and run experimentation infrastructure for A/B tests and conversion-flow changes.
- Manage the cost and efficiency of automated workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate marketing needs into technical solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and prototype applications for competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth engineering or a technical marketing role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM APIs for content generation and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills for designing experiments and translating data into decisions.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams.
- Builder mentality and comfort with ambiguity in project execution.
