Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services for custody operations, including asset transfers, settlement workflows, and account state management.
- Improve system scalability, resiliency, and performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing targeted optimizations.
- Maintain and enhance systems supporting asset safety, transaction accuracy, and operational integrity across custody workflows.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support business needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building backend systems in production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, including AWS services.
- Experience designing reliable, scalable distributed systems with a strong focus on correctness and operational excellence.
Benefits
