Responsibilities
- Perform the full range of software activities, including specification, architecture participation, coding, and testing.
- Arbitrate and validate major software technical choices through design reviews.
- Prepare and execute software requirements tests and software/software integration tests.
- Support software maintenance and contribute to technology monitoring.
- Provide technical interface with customer users and Villeurbanne technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Apply and ensure compliance with engineering processes and standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities and communicate clearly and responsibly.
Requirements
- Bac+5 degree in electronic engineering or computer science from an engineering school or equivalent university program.
- Experience with highly critical real-time embedded development.
- Good algorithmic skills and programming ability in C and/or Ada.
- Experience with real-time operating systems, ideally PikeOS or an equivalent partitioned system.
- Understanding of memory and CPU resource-management mechanisms.
- Ability to follow rigorous software development processes, including documentation, requirements traceability, and testing.
- Technical English proficiency, communication skills, adaptability, synthesis ability, and teamwork.
