Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot application issues and continuously improve application performance and user experience.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate in team discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members on application development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Recruiting is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions and Workday Recruiting is required.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques is required.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving application issues is required.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions is required.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is required.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Workday-related certification is mandatory.
