Responsibilities
- Design and develop dashboards, monitors, alerts, searches, and other content for security detection, monitoring, and analytics.
- Develop observability solutions for AWS, Kubernetes, and GenAI.
- Design, develop, and maintain API integrations and the Open Integration Framework.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and technical partners to improve customer experience and product quality.
- Manage product development from requirements through development, testing, documentation, and public release.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of software engineering experience.
- Ability to write regular expressions or SQL queries.
- Experience scripting in Python, Node.js, or Unix shells.
- Exposure to an object-oriented language such as Java or Golang.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, automation frameworks, Docker, CI/CD tools, GitHub Actions, GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, pytest, and linters is preferred.
- Exposure to CloudFormation, Terraform, Helm charts, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, serverless code such as Lambda or Functions, and API integrations is preferred.
- Understanding of the performance characteristics of common data structures.
- Exposure to AI tools and techniques such as ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and LangGraph is an advantage.
- Strong communication, debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
