Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and support Analytics, AI, and Generative AI solutions using Azure AI services and modern application frameworks.
- Build GenAI applications with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, RAG patterns, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and responsible AI guardrails.
- Develop AI agents, agent workflows, multi-step reasoning processes, tool integrations, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
- Design and develop APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native services.
- Deploy and configure solutions across Azure environments, including application configurations and deployment assets.
- Perform unit and integration testing, debugging, performance optimization, release validation, and production support.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated testing and deployment.
- Contribute to code and design reviews, technical documentation, implementation guides, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in Agile planning, sprint execution, estimation, and cross-functional delivery activities.
- Balance hands-on development with technical leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, analytics, AI, data engineering, or application development.
- At least 3 years of experience developing and delivering cloud-native applications and services.
- Hands-on Azure experience, including services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, Azure AI Foundry, AKS, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, and Azure API Management.
- Experience delivering enterprise GenAI solutions into production using prompt engineering, RAG, responsible AI controls and guardrails, and AI orchestration.
- Strong Python development skills and experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Experience with software architecture principles, design patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, test automation, monitoring, observability, production support, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with front-end application development and modern application frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional, and global onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder-management, and technical leadership skills.
