Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows.
- Build RAG solutions, semantic search capabilities, and enterprise knowledge assistants.
- Integrate AI solutions with business applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Use LLM and agentic AI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Google ADK.
- Package, deploy, and monitor AI applications in cloud environments.
- Contribute reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI engineering best practices.
- Conduct demos, presentations, workshops, and technical discussions with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with REST API integrations.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks and strong software engineering and system design fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, copilots, RAG solutions, or automation workflows.
- Experience with vector databases, semantic search, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Experience deploying applications with Docker and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Three to six years of overall software engineering experience.
- At least two years of hands-on experience in generative AI, agentic AI, or LLM-based application development.
- Experience delivering AI-powered applications in enterprise or production environments.
- Preferred experience with MCP, multi-agent systems, GraphRAG, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, PydanticAI, Promptfoo, RAGAS, knowledge graphs, and React or Streamlit.
- Strong collaboration, communication, stakeholder engagement, ownership, and continuous-learning skills.
