Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Python applications, backend services, data-processing solutions, automation scripts, and APIs.
- Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data-storage solutions using Python and cloud services.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services or equivalent GCP/Azure services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementation and deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Participate in application testing and debugging and contribute to high-quality deliverables.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Python programming and application development.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and React.js is listed as good to have.
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch, or equivalent GCP/Azure services.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with application deployment processes and cloud services.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
