Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and adapt large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Develop and deploy strategies to improve domain-specific model performance.
- Design and implement scalable APIs for model integration and deployment.
- Optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve model responsiveness and accuracy.
- Evaluate and monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and multiple teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, mentor colleagues, and coordinate cross-functional model integration efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models is stated.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models, Generative AI, API Management, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and Python frameworks.
- Strong expertise in fine-tuning large-scale language models, particularly for instruction and domain adaptation.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable API solutions for model integration and deployment.
- Ability to develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance monitoring tools.
- Ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers on technical solutions.
