Responsibilities
- Support and resolve customer issues related to the ML platform and respond to customer queries.
- Perform monthly root-cause analyses and identify actions to reduce recurring platform issues.
- Design, enhance, improve, and optimize ML platform solutions for model training and agent development.
- Help maintain a smooth customer experience for a platform supporting experiments, AI workloads, and agent development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Python development experience.
- Very strong hands-on Python skills, including debugging, performance optimization, and backend/system-level programming.
- Understanding of tensors, tensor operations, memory layout, and execution fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with at least one distributed computing framework, such as Apache Spark or Ray.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, processes, threads, memory management, concurrency, and parallel computing.
- Understanding of CPU, GPU, and AI accelerator fundamentals, including how compute workloads use hardware resources.
