Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of high-impact projects for Unity Catalog.
- Mentor senior engineers and promote best practices in development and operations.
- Take full ownership of the Unity Catalog Governance product.
- Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to align technical strategies.
- Champion the development of high-quality, reliable software.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of initiatives focused on customer satisfaction.
- Deep expertise in computer science, including algorithms and data structures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- BS in Computer Science or related fields; MS/PhD preferred.
- Experience in data governance, security, privacy, or access control is preferred.
