Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality software with thorough test coverage.
- Design, build, and improve highly available, secure, distributed systems at Amazon scale.
- Own and operate systems using real-time customer data and demanding service-level agreements.
- Improve resiliency, capacity testing, planning, design, implementation, testing, and operations processes.
- Mentor new developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with peers and technical leaders on system design and implementation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: experience or familiarity building scalable systems that integrate Generative AI technologies.
- The selected candidate must be a US citizen.
