Responsibilities
- Maintain and update COA/eCOA and related systems while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with customer specifications.
- Coordinate COA-related change requests from initiation through approvals, development, testing, and go-live.
- Manage customer notifications for first batch reporting, batch tagging, COA setup, and Advanced Shipping Notifications.
- Ensure approved specifications, mapping tables, batch tagging information, and test batch documentation are complete and controlled.
- Automate data flows between SAP, LIMS, and third-party vendors using IDOCs and customized outbound file templates.
- Coordinate system changes, including certificate profiles and material assignments in SAP and LIMS.
- Collaborate with QA, Production, IT, Sales, Material Master, customers, and third-party vendors.
- Identify process improvements and system enhancements that increase efficiency and data integrity.
- Ensure changes and developments are properly costed and aligned with contractual obligations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with at least 15 years of experience in quality control, supply chain, or technical operations in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
- A relevant bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience with master mapping translation tables, revisions, translations for customer specifications, and automation.
- SQL and database coding experience is required.
- Experience managing processes or certificate/document management systems is preferred.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving IT, Quality, Production, and external partners.
- Customer-facing experience with a strong service and communication focus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Laboratory Information Management Systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal communication, written communication, and technical-document interpretation skills.
