Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Citizen AI products from design through production and monitoring.
- Develop on the JLL AI platform, including the LLM gateway, shared RAG services, and MCP tools.
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor for design, coding, testing, and review.
- Collaborate with product and design partners to turn requests into working software.
- Fix defects and improve tests, observability, and developer tools.
- Follow developments in the AI ecosystem and bring useful ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Production software development experience in Python or TypeScript/Node.
- Experience building LLM features using prompts, RAG, or agent workflows.
- Experience with REST APIs, cloud services, and CI/CD.
- Daily use of AI coding tools as a core part of the development workflow.
- Clear written English and the ability to work effectively across time zones.
- Preferred experience with the Claude Agent SDK, MCP, LLM observability, or React.
