Base Salary
$175k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack platform functionality with JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Own software projects end to end and make technical and business decisions.
- Investigate and debug issues using monitoring and logging tools, then define action items for resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and interview prospective team members.
- Collaborate with the team on product roadmaps by understanding customer needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience, ideally in full-stack development.
- Experience building scalable, production-level applications and a strong portfolio of projects.
- Experience with some combination of Node.js or JavaScript, React or a similar framework, and MongoDB or NoSQL.
- Ability to communicate solution concepts clearly and break large solutions into smaller tasks.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and fintech trends.
