Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications, workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and user experience.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, accessibility, release, compliance, and user acceptance testing.
- Support deployments, enhancements, production issue resolution, release readiness, sandbox coordination, and production changes.
- Identify, track, and validate defect resolutions while supporting data quality, integration, and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain QA documentation, quality metrics, integration runbooks, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, architects, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support incident response, root cause analysis, technical troubleshooting, and Tier 2/Tier 3 operational support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical design reviews, major and minor releases, hotfixes, and integration modernization efforts.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required for federal contract requirements.
- Must have a current Public Trust clearance/suitability determination or an active DoD Secret clearance.
- Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., perform all work in the U.S., and have lived in the U.S. for three full years out of the last five.
- At least 4 years of hands-on systems integration experience supporting enterprise applications.
- At least 2 years supporting Salesforce integrations, Salesforce APIs, Connected Apps, service accounts, authentication, or Salesforce platform administration/development.
- Preferred experience includes REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, SAML, certificates, API security, integration monitoring, and error handling.
- Preferred experience includes production systems, incident response, root cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting in mission-critical or enterprise environments.
- Experience with large Salesforce programs, federal or regulated environments, Salesforce Government Cloud, Salesforce Shield, Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, or multi-organization Salesforce ecosystems is preferred.
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience and MuleSoft Developer or Salesforce integration-focused certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CLI, VS Code Salesforce Extensions, Salesforce Developer Console, GitLab, GitHub, GitHub Actions, scratch orgs, and DevSecOps pipeline toolsets is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, External Services, Named Credentials, External Credentials, Data Loader, SFTP, ETL tools, or middleware platforms is preferred.
- Experience managing API and service account inventories, connected app governance, certificate rotations, release management portals, helpdesk or ticketing platforms, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
