Responsibilities
- Design, code, customize, and enhance software solutions and SAP SCM APO components.
- Analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Support supply chain planning concepts and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in planning and optimization environments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Lead process improvement efforts and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning concepts and ERP integration.
- Experience customizing and enhancing advanced planning modules for business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with modern programming frameworks and agile software development practices.
- Competence troubleshooting technical issues in planning and optimization environments.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
