Responsibilities
- Define and drive architecture for enterprise SaaS platforms and distributed systems.
- Lead complex technical initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams and products.
- Establish technical direction for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business objectives into technical strategies.
- Lead architecture and design reviews for high-impact initiatives.
- Drive engineering standards and best practices related to system design and software quality.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads through guidance and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to simplify systems and improve engineering velocity.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications or enterprise software platforms.
- Experience leading architecture and technical strategy across multiple teams.
- Experience delivering large-scale technical initiatives involving distributed systems.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and highly available production systems.
- Experience driving technical standards and architecture reviews across an organization.
