Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI and generative AI models and systems.
- Build AI applications using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic AI approaches.
- Develop APIs and production-grade Python solutions using frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
- Deploy scalable AI models using cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking to support AI model reliability.
- Translate complex business requirements into practical AI solutions and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in data science and artificial intelligence, including hands-on generative AI experience.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic AI approaches.
- Proficiency with at least one of LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent AI application technologies.
- Advanced Python skills and experience with software engineering practices and Git.
- Experience building APIs with Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of NLP techniques including tokenization, embeddings, and string similarity.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments for AI deployment.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, logging, and AI performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and accountability is preferred.
