Responsibilities
- Design and implement Generative AI and machine learning models and systems.
- Build AI applications using prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic AI approaches.
- Develop APIs with Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
- Apply NLP techniques including tokenization, embeddings, and string similarity.
- Deploy scalable AI models using cloud platforms and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking to support AI model reliability.
- Translate complex business requirements into practical AI solutions and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Apply principles of AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and accountability where appropriate.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, with hands-on Generative AI experience.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, RAG, and agentic AI approaches.
- Proficiency with at least one of LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, or an equivalent AI application framework.
- Advanced Python skills and experience following software engineering practices using Git and version control.
- Experience building APIs with Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, and string similarity.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments for AI deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and tools for deploying scalable AI models.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and accountability is preferred.
