Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own problems and outcomes by working directly with users, stakeholders, and peers to discover needs and define functional requirements.
- Write production-quality full-stack code and use AI agents to accelerate implementation while reviewing their output.
- Define and uphold non-functional requirements for performance, scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and testability.
- Coordinate projects across Product Engineers and AI agents, including dependencies, delivery risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and manage the shared context harness and Context Architecture.
- Verify end-to-end results, drive adoption, provide documentation and enablement, and monitor usage.
- Monitor production services, debug failures, fix issues, and participate in support rotations.
- Iterate on shipped products based on outcomes and metrics rather than treating delivery as the endpoint.
- Mentor engineers, provide direct feedback, and make deliberate technical-debt and refactoring decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years building production web applications across the full stack.
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements directly from users, customers, stakeholders, and partner teams and translating ambiguous intent into specifications.
- Experience owning functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and quality.
- Track record of owning a domain or initiative independently and being accountable for outcomes.
- Experience coordinating engineers and AI agents on shared initiatives without a formal management title.
- Strong technical judgment for reviewing AI-generated code across correctness, architecture, intent, edge cases, performance, security, testability, and readability.
- Proficiency with Python and Django, plus working knowledge of TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenAI Codex.
- Ability to communicate clearly across engineering, product, and business functions.
- Experience working with distributed, remote teams.
- Ability to work with autonomy, influence without authority, take feedback, and make sound technical decisions.
