Base Salary
$90k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the problem and take accountability for outcomes.
- Gather requirements directly from users and stakeholders.
- Translate business intents into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Write production-quality code across the full stack.
- Direct AI agents and review their outputs for quality.
- Run projects that involve coordination with other engineers and AI agents.
- Verify end-to-end results and drive adoption of shipped solutions.
- Monitor services in production and participate in support rotations.
- Mentor engineers and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building production web applications across the full stack.
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements directly from users.
- Experience owning both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make judgment calls independently.
- Proficiency in Python and Django, with knowledge of TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AI development tools and practices.
- Strong communication skills across engineering, product, and business.
- Experience working with distributed, remote teams.
