Base Salary
$115k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy AI-powered solutions including custom GPTs, copilots, automations, applications, and agentic workflows.
- Build RAG pipelines, vector search capabilities, and secure data connectors for Verathon-owned data.
- Translate business requirements into prompts, system instructions, agent behaviors, retrieval logic, and production-ready technical implementations.
- Optimize prompt templates, chains, tools, memory, context injection strategies, and retrieval parameters for reliability and accuracy.
- Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems including Salesforce, Epicor, MasterControl, and HRIS platforms.
- Prototype rapidly, incorporate user feedback, develop reusable AI components, and apply appropriate guardrails.
- Evaluate new AI tools with the AI Solutions Architect and support documentation, training, adoption, and scaling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, data engineering, or applied AI development.
- Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience configuring and deploying enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, or Claude.
- Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and prompt design best practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and cloud environments including Azure or AWS.
- Ability to rapidly experiment, prototype, iterate from business feedback, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
