Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions using generative and agentic AI to address business challenges and automate processes.
- Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business processes and application requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate applications and manage data to support enterprise workflows.
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to ensure performance, quality, and user experience.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert while contributing to team discussions and resolving work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall professional experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience with Workday Peakon Employee Voice is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Peakon Employee Voice is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is required.
- Experience with application development methodologies, application integration, and data management is required.
- Ability to analyze user requirements and provide effective solutions is required.
- Familiarity with software development tools and version control systems is required.
- Certification in the primary skill is mandatory.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
