Responsibilities
- Implement new features in web frontend applications.
- Handle client-server communication and complex API integrations.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, and Product Owner teams.
- Maintain and improve codebase quality.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold high code quality.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, high-level designs, UML diagrams, and API definitions.
- Help developers and testers work efficiently in a geographically distributed team.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js or another backend language.
- Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Jest or Puppeteer.
- Knowledge of state machine models such as the XState library.
- Understanding of coding practices including linting, design patterns, and high-level design.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
- Basic knowledge of UNIX-based systems.
- Good spoken and written English at a minimum B2 level.
- Preferred experience includes React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, automation scripting, AI-based code review tools such as GitHub Copilot, Agile methodologies, and distributed teamwork.
