Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize customer-facing applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Participate in frontend architecture discussions, technical decisions, scalability improvements, and platform evolution.
- Improve production monitoring, alerting, and observability.
- Collaborate with product, design, machine learning, and cross-functional partners to prototype and deliver user experiences.
- Use AI tools and workflows to improve engineering efficiency, code quality, architecture, design, and testing.
- Lead complex projects end-to-end by translating vision into implementation plans and guiding execution through successful delivery.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, ideally including Next.js, with experience delivering production-grade frontend applications.
- Experience with frontend architecture, performance optimization, and technical decision-making.
- Hands-on experience using modern AI tools and workflows such as Claude and Cursor.
- Practical familiarity with production monitoring and observability frameworks.
- Strong product and design judgment, with the ability to independently prototype and iterate on high-quality customer experiences.
- Autonomous, proactive communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical decisions and share knowledge.
- Backend services and API experience with Node.js, GraphQL, REST, or serverless architectures is a bonus.
- React Native experience, including native module integration, performance optimization, and mobile rendering patterns, is nice to have.
