Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 software solutions.
- Lead development teams and provide technical leadership.
- Translate business and technical requirements into application designs and technical solutions.
- Develop SharePoint Framework, React, JavaScript, C#, .NET Framework, SQL, and Power Platform solutions.
- Build client-side components and server-side SharePoint extensions including Web Parts, Event Receivers, and Timer Jobs.
- Integrate and consume SharePoint data using PnP, SharePoint REST API, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Optimize software for performance, security, and quality while enforcing secure coding principles.
- Set software development standards and collect and interpret software metrics.
- Estimate development effort and time, manage configuration and releases, and support deployment and change management.
- Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, prototyping, and development of testing tools.
- Produce technical documentation and provide second- and third-line support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Intermediate-level certificate in software development relevant to the domain.
- Valid Microsoft certificates relevant to the profile.
- Experience developing front-end solutions with SharePoint Framework, React, JavaScript, and other client-side frameworks or libraries.
- Advanced experience consuming SharePoint data through PnP, SharePoint REST API, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience developing secure client-side components and server-side code with C#, .NET Framework, and SQL.
- Experience developing SharePoint Web Parts, Event Receivers, and Timer Jobs.
- Knowledge of secure coding principles and prevention of vulnerabilities such as XSS and SQL injection.
- Experience developing SharePoint Online solutions using Power Platform.
- Completed at least one full solution lifecycle.
- Expertise developing enterprise-level software systems in the specified technology domain.
- Ability to design data, business logic, and UI layers and to use UML for application design.
- Experience working in Scrum development environments.
- Ability to lead technical teams, document technical solutions effectively, and solve problems.
