Base Salary
$122k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across CRM and marketing platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, supportable solutions and define architecture standards and guardrails.
- Review and approve solution designs and integration approaches across design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Partner with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Lead enterprise integration design using APIs and middleware.
- Guide data architecture, migration, and data quality strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage technical debt and long-term Salesforce platform health.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limits, release management, security, data models, automation, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing large-scale, complex Salesforce solutions with integrations.
- Typically requires a degree or equivalent experience, 9+ years of professional experience, and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
- Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including Email Studio and Journey Builder, and experience with Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments, familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices in Salesforce, and exposure to marketing automation platforms such as Marketo are preferred.
