Base Salary
$230k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect the next-generation execution runtime (Agent Harness) for SuperApp.
- Design and scale secure, isolated environments for agent-generated code execution.
- Build and maintain high-throughput APIs and integration layers for external services.
- Engineer robust guardrails to ensure compliance and mitigate security risks.
- Implement strategies to optimize performance and reduce operational costs.
- Write design documents and mentor other engineers on technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 2+ years of experience with agent execution environments or LLM orchestrators.
- Expert proficiency in Go and Python with a strong understanding of concurrent programming.
- Experience with containerization and virtualization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with message brokers and caching infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
