Base Salary
$180k - $600k/yr
Responsibilities
- Train large neural network models with 1B+ parameters.
- Perform pretraining, post-training, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning training.
- Write production-quality code for model training systems.
- Contribute to SpaceXSI’s Super Intelligence stack and Grok model ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience writing production-quality code in Python, PyTorch, JAX, Rust, or C++.
- Experience training large models, including neural networks with 1B+ parameters.
- Preferred: experience training models used by millions of users.
- Preferred: strong familiarity with AI models.
