Base Salary
$132k - $181k/yr
Responsibilities
- Introduce BRION PWC/PWE software and new products, collect design input, and review documentation against customer requirements.
- Install, integrate, evaluate, and fine-tune software products within customer-specific semiconductor fab environments.
- Resolve complex on-product issues and support customers through onsite visits or escalation channels.
- Work with Applications Engineering, Development & Engineering, and Customer Support teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Train software application engineers and lead a small group through projects or direct people management.
- Coordinate tasks and schedules, support new customer business development, and help onboard new customers.
- Communicate with Marketing and customers to align software product roadmaps with future customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optics Sciences, or Physical Sciences plus 7+ years of experience; alternatively, a master’s degree plus 5+ years or a PhD plus 3+ years.
- Knowledge of computational lithography and OPC software tools is required.
- Background in mask data preparation, physical design, lithography, and other wafer-processing steps is required.
- Previous experience with direct customer interfaces is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, software debugging, programming, scripting, Linux shell, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Project management, leadership, and team-leading experience are preferred.
