Base Salary
$140k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers and resolve or advance their technical issues.
- Triage customer hardware platform and AI/ML workload issues by collecting logs, reproductions, and other diagnostic information for engineering teams.
- Own customer issues from inception through resolution and document interactions to improve the knowledge base.
- Apply AI and agentic AI skills to customer support workflows, products, internal tools, and software development.
- Collaborate across multiple projects and tasks while supporting customers occasionally on weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of engineering experience with multi-GPU platforms.
- Strong expertise in system software, including firmware, BIOS, kernels, drivers, and operating systems.
- Strong Linux troubleshooting, optimization, and customization skills for AI/ML workloads.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or Slurm.
- Professional communication, follow-up, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in C/C++ for platform operating systems, firmware, BIOS, kernels, and drivers.
- Proficiency in Python for building custom tools.
- Preferred experience includes parallel programming, CUDA, GPU-accelerated, cloud, or virtualized environments; distributed workload efficiency analysis; and clustering or HPC data center technologies such as NCCL and MPI.
