Responsibilities
- Design and build reference implementations across Data 360, Tableau, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Slack, Marketing Cloud Next, and the core Salesforce platform.
- Solve production challenges involving identity, access control, consent, governance, multi-region deployment, and reliability.
- Build governed data products and semantic models for analytics and AI agents.
- Compare Salesforce solutions with alternatives such as Snowflake using tested requirements.
- Document architectural decisions and reusable patterns while mentoring architects and engineers.
- Advise senior leaders on enterprise data and AI solution designs.
Requirements
- Several years of experience delivering complex enterprise implementations on Data 360 and the Salesforce platform in production.
- Working knowledge of at least two of Tableau, MuleSoft, Agentforce, Slack, and Marketing Cloud Next.
- Strong grounding in data architecture, security, governance, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Hands-on skills with APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and testing.
- Credibility to advise senior leaders.

- The role is posted with base salary ranges of $218,400-$365,200 annually, or $263,200-$401,400 annually in select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas; bonus, equity, and benefits are excluded from these ranges.
