Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, implement, and support advanced enterprise IAM capabilities.
- Develop scripts, APIs, connectors, workflows, and automation and safely modify and test application or integration code.
- Lead technical integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications, directories, cloud services, infrastructure, and security tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex IAM issues involving code, configuration, data, APIs, connectors, workflows, and dependent systems.
- Create IAM engineering standards, technical procedures, deployment practices, and security controls.
- Produce technical requirements, solution designs, test plans, implementation plans, support documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Serve as a senior escalation point and mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, troubleshooting, and hands-on problem resolution.
- Evaluate system performance, reliability, security, and supportability and implement improvements.
- Contribute to IAM strategy, platform roadmaps, future-state architecture, cloud IAM, Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and automation initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to implementations from requirements and design through testing, deployment, stabilization, and transition to support.
- Ensure solutions comply with corporate policies, security requirements, regulatory obligations, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and privacy requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science, or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills.
- 4–6 years of related experience.
- Hands-on IAM engineering experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or a comparable identity governance platform.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, REST/SOAP APIs, scripting or software development, source control, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strongly preferred experience includes SailPoint IdentityIQ development, Java, BeanShell, connector and workflow development, Python, PowerShell, SQL, JSON/XML, CI/CD, cloud identity, Okta or Ping, and CyberArk or other PAM platforms.
- Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Preferred certifications include SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, Okta, CISSP, CIAM, CIST, or CAMS; no certification is required.
- Ability to work independently, manage complex priorities, communicate with technical and non-technical partners, make sound decisions under pressure, and deliver accurate work on schedule.
Benefits
- Pay range is $87,000.00–$161,300.00 per year.
