Responsibilities
- Foster collaboration and clear communication within the team.
- Partner with development teams to architect and build highly available features.
- Develop methods to measure and report on service health.
- Drive efficiencies in capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Design and implement automation solutions for production services.
- Communicate nonfunctional requirements for systems and services.
- Become a subject matter expert on designated Netskope products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in designing and managing complex computing systems.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
- Experience with cloud services in a large-scale production environment.
- Ability to analyze systems to improve availability and performance.
- Strong debugging and code optimization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
