Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize LoRA and fine-tuning pipelines for fashion-specific generation tasks.
- Develop controllable image generation systems using Flux, Stable Diffusion XL, ControlNet, IP-Adapter, and related tools.
- Build production-ready ComfyUI workflows and custom nodes.
- Create outfit generation and visual styling pipelines using ASOS product and styling data.
- Improve generation consistency, realism, garment fidelity, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with Studios, Design, Marketing, Product, and platform engineering teams to operationalize GenAI workflows.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for image quality, style accuracy, and model performance.
- Optimize inference performance and GPU utilization.
- Research and prototype new approaches in multimodal AI and fashion generation.
Requirements
- Strong experience with PyTorch and diffusion model ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience training LoRAs, DreamBooth models, or fine-tuning large vision models.
- Experience with Flux, Stable Diffusion XL, Diffusers, ComfyUI, ControlNet, and IP-Adapter.
- Strong understanding of computer vision concepts including segmentation, pose estimation, and embeddings.
- Experience building production ML systems and inference pipelines.
- Strong Python engineering skills.
- Experience with GPU optimization, CUDA fundamentals, TensorRT, or ONNX is advantageous.
- Experience in fashion, e-commerce, creative tooling, gaming avatars, or virtual try-on is highly desirable.
