Responsibilities
- Design scalable software systems focused on quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Lead systems architecture decisions aligned with business requirements and technical standards.
- Design ML pipelines and coordinate the software delivery and MLOps maturity roadmap.
- Collaborate with research leads, product owners, tech leads, architects, principal engineers, and data scientists.
- Create and maintain documentation for team initiatives.
- Design monitoring pipeline strategies with stakeholders and the data science team.
- Participate in or lead architecture discussions for critical on-premise and cloud systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams and/or systems design.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles and software architecture.
- Proficiency designing software architecture and data pipelines.
- Experience delivering cloud architectures using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Python and machine learning or data engineering projects.
- Preferred experience with data transformations using pandas, Spark, Arrow, or Databricks.
- Preferred experience with ADOIT or another architecture documentation tool.
- A product-oriented mindset is preferred.
