Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement BMC Helix applications and solutions tailored to business requirements.
Integrate BMC Helix with enterprise and third-party systems including Intune, SCCM, XSOAR, SolarWinds, and Site 24/7.
Synchronize the CMDB with data discovered by BMC Discovery and maintain CMDB health checks.
Customize BMC Helix modules, workflows, and user interfaces.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within defined SLAs.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides.
Configure Foundation data and ITSM modules, and manage service requests through SRM or the Digital Workplace Catalog.
Create reconciliation jobs, custom datasets, attributes, and classes in the CMDB.
Create reports and dashboards and distribute reports.
Provide training and support to end users and IT staff.
Work with project managers, business analysts, stakeholders, and BMC to gather requirements and resolve issues.
Stay current with BMC Helix and IT service management developments to identify improvement opportunities.

5–8 years of total professional experience.
3–5 years of BMC experience.
Strong background in IT service management and deep understanding of ITIL, BMC Helix ITSM, DWPC, DWPA, and BMC Helix Innovation Studio.
Experience with BMC Helix development, integrations, customization, configuration, CMDB, reporting, and technical support.
Ability to respond to and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
Ability to work in the UK without restriction, as sponsorship is unavailable.
