Base Salary
$115k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Meet with new customers to learn about their software development practices.
- Propose integration strategies for Jellyfish into customer processes.
- Project manage the implementation process and design onboarding plans.
- Consult with Account Executives and Sales Engineers on customer priorities.
- Manage customer experience during onboarding with effective communication.
- Conduct initial training for customers and collaborate on ongoing training plans.
- Provide ongoing recommendations for new configurations throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Stay updated on Jellyfish features and communicate changes to customers.
Requirements
- Experience with software development processes, particularly Jira and GitHub.
- Self-motivated with a strong interest in process improvement.
- Experience in a software company, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Passion for learning and solving complex problems empathetically.
- Organized with the ability to execute complex implementation plans.
- Experience in project managing customer-facing projects using collaborative tools.
- Team-oriented and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Technically proficient with an aptitude for data analysis.
- At least one year of experience in Implementation, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success.
